Stockshot-DG is an online platform designed to help disc golf players and organizations:
- Discover and register for disc golf tournaments
- Create and join casual disc golf games
- Track scores, statistics, and player progress
- Buy, sell, and auction disc golf equipment through a user marketplace
The Platform acts solely as a facilitator connecting users and does not organize, supervise, or control tournaments, games, or marketplace transactions.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian
- Provide accurate registration information
- Comply with these Terms and applicable laws
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Platform Role and Responsibilities
Stockshot-DG provides tools that allow users to create events, organize games, and conduct marketplace transactions.
The Platform:
- Does not organize or supervise tournaments
- Does not supervise casual games or player meetups
- Is not responsible for disputes between users
- Is not responsible for marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers
Users interact with each other at their own risk.
4. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate
- You will not impersonate another person
- You will not create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
- You are responsible for activity conducted through your account
The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Tournament Registration
Organizations and users may create disc golf tournaments through the Platform.
By registering for a tournament, participants acknowledge that:
- The tournament organizer is solely responsible for planning and conducting the event
- The Platform does not supervise the tournament
- The Platform does not enforce tournament rules
Tournament rules, scoring systems, refunds, and event management are controlled by the event organizer.
6. Casual Games and Player Meetups
Users may create casual games or meetups through the Platform. These games are informal activities organized by users.
The Platform does not supervise or manage these games and is not responsible for:
- Player behavior
- Safety conditions
- Disputes between participants
Participants join games at their own risk and agree to behave responsibly, follow all applicable course or park rules, and treat other participants, spectators, and surrounding property with respect.
7. Marketplace
The Platform may provide a marketplace where users can buy, sell, or auction disc golf equipment.
Marketplace transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.
The Platform:
- Does not own or inspect listed items
- Does not guarantee item quality or authenticity
- Is not responsible for shipping, payment disputes, or refunds
Users are responsible for ensuring that items listed for sale comply with applicable laws. Prohibited listings may be removed at the Platform's discretion.
8. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Engage in fraudulent marketplace activity
- Upload illegal or offensive content
- Cheat or manipulate tournament results
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform
The Platform reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
9. Safety and Assumption of Risk
Disc golf and related activities involve inherent risks including:
- Injury from thrown discs
- Uneven terrain or environmental hazards
- Physical exertion
- Weather-related risks
By participating in tournaments, games, or other activities discovered through the Platform, users acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.
Users are responsible for their own safety and conduct during events and games.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockshot-DG (Stockshot.cz / stockshot.eu) and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury or property damage
- Disputes between players, organizers, buyers, or sellers
- Losses arising from tournament participation
- Issues arising from casual games
- Marketplace disputes or transactions
- Event cancellations or organizer actions
Use of the Platform and participation in activities listed on the Platform is at your own risk.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stockshot-DG, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your participation in tournaments or games
- Your marketplace transactions
- Your violation of these Terms
12. Intellectual Property
All Platform content including logos, design, software, and branding is the property of Stockshot-DG unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce Platform content without permission.
Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant the Platform a license to display and distribute it as necessary to operate the service.

Tournament Registration — When a player registers for a tournament, the following information may be provided to the tournament organizer: Name, Email address, Optional player identifiers such as PDGA number.
Public Profile Information — Some profile information (such as name, nation, statistics, or profile picture) may be visible to other users within the Platform. Email addresses are not publicly visible.
6. Marketplace Listings
The Platform does not process payments and does not act as an intermediary for transactions. Buyers and sellers communicate directly to arrange payment and delivery independently. Stockshot-DG is not responsible for transactions conducted between users.
7. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed under the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity — Data is processed in order to provide the services requested by users.
- Legitimate interest — Data may be processed to maintain the functionality, security, and integrity of the Platform.
- User consent — Optional profile information is processed based on user consent when voluntarily provided.

Player Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

This Waiver applies to all users participating in disc golf tournaments, casual games, meetups, or other activities discovered, organized, or coordinated through Stockshot-DG (Stockshot.cz / stockshot.eu).
By registering for or participating in any event or game through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that disc golf and related outdoor activities involve inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, property damage, or other harm. These risks may include, but are not limited to:
- Being struck by flying discs
- Slips, trips, or falls on uneven terrain
- Obstacles such as trees, rocks, water hazards, or other natural features
- Weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, or lightning
- Physical exertion and fatigue
- Interaction with other participants, spectators, or park users
I voluntarily choose to participate in disc golf activities and fully accept all risks associated with participation.
2. Responsibility for Personal Safety
I agree to:
- Exercise caution while playing
- Follow all applicable course, park, or venue rules
- Respect other players, spectators, and members of the public
- Refrain from throwing discs when people or animals are within range
- Follow instructions provided by tournament organizers or course officials
3. Platform Role
I understand and acknowledge that Stockshot-DG:
- Provides an online platform to help users discover tournaments, games, and disc golf activities
- Does not organize, supervise, or control tournaments or games
- Is not responsible for the safety, management, or operation of any event or activity
4. Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Stockshot-DG, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to:
- My participation in disc golf activities
- Injuries or accidents occurring during tournaments or games
- Actions of other participants, organizers, or spectators
- Conditions of the course, park, or venue
5. Organizer Responsibility
I acknowledge that tournament organizers or event hosts are solely responsible for planning, rules, safety management, and obtaining any required permits or insurance.
6. Health and Physical Condition
I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in disc golf activities and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
7. Damage to Property
I agree to be responsible for any damage to property or injury to others caused by my actions while participating.
8. Agreement and Acceptance
By registering for a tournament, joining a casual game, or otherwise participating in activities through the Platform, I confirm that:
- I have read and understood this Waiver
- I voluntarily accept the risks associated with participation
- I agree to release the Platform from liability as described above
If I do not agree to these terms, I will not participate in activities through the Platform.
Disc Golf Safety Guidelines

1. Purpose
These Safety Guidelines are provided to promote responsible and safe participation in disc golf activities listed on Stockshot-DG. The Platform does not organize, supervise, or control physical events. All participants are responsible for their own safety.
2. Player Responsibility
Players are expected to:
- Act responsibly and respectfully
- Follow all local course rules and park regulations
- Exercise caution when throwing discs
- Ensure the throwing area and fairway are clear before making a throw
- Be aware of pedestrians, animals, cyclists, or other park users
3. Awareness of Surroundings
Players must:
- Be aware of other park users at all times
- Avoid throwing when people or animals are within range
- Wait until the fairway and landing area are completely clear
- Warn others by calling "Fore!" if a disc may endanger someone
4. Course and Environmental Safety
Participants should:
- Respect course property and park facilities
- Avoid damaging trees, baskets, tee pads, and signage
- Follow designated paths and course layouts
- Dispose of trash properly and help keep courses clean
5. Weather and Physical Conditions
Players should:
- Monitor weather conditions before and during play
- Avoid playing during dangerous conditions such as lightning storms
- Stay hydrated and prepared for outdoor activity
- Be aware of their own physical limitations
6. Tournament Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for informing players of course rules, promoting safe play, communicating hazards, and managing player groups. Stockshot-DG does not supervise or manage tournaments.
7. Casual Games and Meetups
Participants should communicate clearly, respect meeting arrangements, and follow safety practices. Participants join voluntarily and at their own risk.
8. Respect and Sportsmanship
Participants should treat fellow players respectfully, follow the rules, avoid dangerous behavior, and resolve disputes calmly.
9. Platform Role
Stockshot-DG acts solely as an online platform. The Platform does not organize events, supervise gameplay, inspect course conditions, or guarantee player behavior or safety.

Tournament Organizer Agreement

This Agreement applies to any individual, organization, club, or association ("Organizer") that creates or manages a disc golf tournament through Stockshot-DG (stockshot.cz / stockshot.eu).
1. Role of the Platform
Stockshot-DG provides an online platform that allows organizers to create, promote, and manage disc golf tournaments. The Platform acts solely as a facilitator and registration service.
The Platform:
- Does not organize tournaments
- Does not supervise events
- Does not enforce tournament rules
- Does not provide staff, officials, or safety supervision
2. Organizer Responsibilities
The Organizer is solely responsible for:
- Event scheduling and management
- Course selection and preparation
- Player registration requirements
- Establishing tournament rules and formats
- Scorekeeping and results
- Player conduct and dispute resolution
- Ensuring safe play conditions
3. Safety and Risk Management
The Organizer is responsible for ensuring safety of participants, spectators, and the public. This may include safe course layout, communicating safety guidelines, managing tee times, monitoring weather, and following venue regulations.
4. Permits and Legal Compliance
The Organizer is responsible for obtaining required permissions, permits, or approvals. The Platform is not responsible for ensuring organizers have obtained necessary permits.
5. Insurance
The Organizer is responsible for determining whether event liability insurance is required. The Platform does not provide insurance coverage.
6. Tournament Rules
The Organizer is responsible for establishing and communicating tournament rules. The Platform does not enforce tournament rules.
7. Registration and Fees
If the Organizer collects entry fees, the Organizer is responsible for clearly communicating fees, providing accurate event information, and defining refund and cancellation policies.
8. Event Cancellations or Changes
The Organizer is responsible for notifying participants of cancellations, schedule changes, course changes, or weather-related delays.
9. Participant Conduct
The Organizer is responsible for managing player conduct during the tournament.
10. Limitation of Platform Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer agrees that Stockshot-DG shall not be liable for injuries, disputes, property damage, or financial losses related to the tournament.
11. Indemnification
The Organizer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stockshot-DG from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from the organization or operation of the tournament.
12. Accuracy of Event Information
The Organizer agrees to provide accurate information including location, date, format, entry fees, and registration requirements.
13. Platform Rights
The Platform reserves the right to remove tournament listings that violate policies, suspend organizer accounts, or remove events that pose safety concerns.
14. Acceptance of Agreement
By creating or managing a tournament on the Platform, the Organizer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
Marketplace Terms

These Marketplace Terms govern the use of the marketplace features provided by Stockshot-DG (Stockshot.cz / stockshot.eu). By using the marketplace, you agree to these terms and the Platform's Terms of Service.
1. Marketplace Overview
The marketplace is a user-to-user listing service. The Platform:
- Does not sell items directly
- Does not process payments
- Does not store, ship, or deliver items
- Does not act as an intermediary
- Does not guarantee quality, safety, authenticity, or legality of listed items
2. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers agree to:
- Provide accurate and honest descriptions
- Upload clear images that reflect the actual item
- Disclose any damage, defects, or significant wear
- Only list items they legally own
- Comply with applicable laws
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
- Carefully review item descriptions and images

4. Payments
Stockshot-DG does not process, collect, or manage payments. All payment arrangements are made directly between buyers and sellers.
5. Delivery, Shipping, and Item Exchange
Shipping or exchange arrangements are agreed upon directly between buyer and seller. The Platform is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
6. Auctions and Offers
The Platform does not enforce bid commitments. All agreements are handled directly between buyer and seller.
7. Prohibited Listings
Users may not list:
- Stolen goods
- Counterfeit or unauthorized products
- Illegal or restricted items
- Dangerous or hazardous materials
- Items that infringe intellectual property rights
- Items unrelated to disc golf
8. User Safety
The Platform recommends users verify item details, use trusted payment methods, and arrange exchanges in safe public locations.
9. Disputes Between Users

The Platform may include links to third-party websites. Stockshot-DG does not control or endorse these external websites.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stockshot-DG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, participation in activities, user interactions, marketplace transactions, or service interruptions.
Users agree that they access and use the Platform at their own risk.
